Those attending the event will also receive a copy of Paul’s current SDLT calculators, one showing the different rates of tax payable on a price or lease premium, the other for use when the net present value (NPV) of rent needs to be calculated manually (something HMRC guidance states we sometimes need to do, without telling us how to do it)!
