Management company/landlord restrictions: Are they necessary or desirable?


HM Land Registry is holding an event in London on 19.10.2017 for conveyancers and stakeholders entitled  ‘Management company/landlord restrictions: Are they necessary or desirable?’

 

We’re very keen to ensure that all shades of opinion are represented and heard at this event so that we can reach a properly informed decision as to whether a policy/practice change in this area is warranted and will improve the conveyancing process for all concerned. We would welcome attendance from any of your members who can make a contribution to the discussion.
