Hinton Admiral is the home of the Meyrick family and the Estate today is a 300-year old organisation whose origins lie in the purchase in 1708 by Sir Peter Mews of the Manors and Honour of Christchurch. The Estate’s assets are extensive and diverse and include a freehold estate (both surface and subterranean); a restrictive covenant portfolio; and manorial resources. Good progress has been made on title registration of the surface freehold estate and the manorial resource, but much remains to be done.

 

The Position
  • •  Specialist: much of the work will be standard but some will be very complex
  • •  Collaborative: you will work closely with the Estates’ Chairman, property managers, specialist researchers, and lawyers
  • •  Program: this is a multi-year program which can be delivered on a part time basis
  • •  Employment basis: self-employed/freelance basis
The Individual
  • •  Experience: of title registration
  • •  Confidence: with complex title matters
  • •  Focus: a proven ability to manage an extensive workload
  • •  Familiarity: with mapping software (desirable)
  • •  Local: ideally living in the local area
